A Cigar Table at
Your Celebration

Weddings, milestone birthdays, corporate evenings. We bring the cigars, the cutter, the torches and the know-how, and we stay to cut, light and guide your guests to something they'll actually enjoy.

Based in Mint Hill, NC • Serving the greater Charlotte region • 21+ only

Straightforward

How It Works

1

Tell us about the event

Date, venue, roughly how many guests. We call you back and talk it through: what they tend to smoke, indoor or out, how the evening runs.

2

Agree the selection and book

We put together a selection to match your guests and agree a flat event fee. It goes into a short agreement you sign by email, and paying the fee holds your date.

3

We set up and run the table

We arrive, set the table, present the selection, and stay to cut, light and steer guests toward something they will enjoy.

4

Settle up before we leave

At the end of the night we count what was enjoyed and you pay for the cigars by card, right there. No shipping, since we were already there.

The Setup

What We Bring

Everything the table needs, and someone who knows how to run it.

A curated selection

Cigars chosen around your guests and your budget, not whatever is left on the shelf. Mild to full, with something approachable for first-timers.

Cutter and torches

A tabletop cutter and proper butane torch lighters, so nobody is mangling a cap with a pocket knife or scorching a foot with a candle.

Cutting and lighting service

We cut and light for every guest. It keeps the table tidy, keeps the cigars smoking properly, and means nobody has to admit they are not sure how.

Guidance, not a sales pitch

Someone at the table who can steer a guest who has never smoked one away from the thing that will make them regret it, and tell your aficionado uncle what's interesting.

A table that looks the part

Presented properly with signage, so it reads as part of the celebration rather than a cooler in the corner.

ID checks at the table

Our staff check ID and decline anyone without valid ID. The table is attended all night, so nothing is left out to help yourself to.

Done Properly, 21+

Your guests never pay. They are never asked to hand over a card or make an account. You book the service for a flat event fee, and at the end of the night you settle up for the cigars your guests enjoyed, in one payment, before we leave.

Everyone served is 21 or older. Your service agreement makes the host responsible for ensuring no one under 21 is served, and our staff check ID and will politely decline anyone without valid ID. The table is attended the whole time, so cigars are never left out for guests to help themselves.

Everything in writing. Before your date we send a short service agreement covering the event fee, the schedule, and the 21+ terms. You sign it by email, so there's no printing or scanning.

Before You Call

Common Questions

How does paying for the cigars work?

Your guests never pay for anything. As the host, you pay a flat event fee when you book, which covers our travel, staff, and setup. At the end of the night we count what was enjoyed and you settle up for the cigars by card before we pack up. One receipt, and no shipping charge since we were already there.

Is there a minimum spend?

Only if you want one. The event fee covers the service, so most events need little or no minimum on the cigars. If we do set one, it is written into your service agreement, and if the night comes in under it you take the difference home in cigars rather than paying a shortfall fee.

How do you keep cigars away from anyone under 21?

Two ways, and we use both. Your service agreement makes the host responsible for ensuring no one under 21 is served, and our staff check ID at the table and decline to serve anyone without valid ID. Cigars stay attended at the table all night.

What do you actually bring?

A presented selection of cigars chosen from your preferences, a tabletop cutter, torch lighters, and someone who knows the difference between them. We handle cutting and lighting and help guests pick something they will enjoy rather than something they will regret.

How far do you travel?

We are based in Mint Hill, North Carolina and serve the greater Charlotte area. Tell us where your venue is and we will tell you honestly whether we can be there.

How far in advance should I book?

The sooner the better for a Saturday in wedding season. Get in touch as soon as you have a date and we will tell you what is open.
